There are many kinds of surface solutions for metal materials. There are common electroplating, blackening, phosphating treatment and so on. There is a surface solution called Dacromet. Many people may be unfamiliar with this kind of products after surface treatment, but they don't know that Dacromet process is used to solve the technical problems.
So, what is the technicality of Dacromet process? What are the differences between this surface treatment and other metal surface treatment? Do you have any special effects?
Dacromet is a transliteration of Dacromet, also known as Dacromet or Dacron. It is a new kind of anti-corrosion paint for metal surface, with aluminum, zinc and chromic acid as the key coating raw materials. It has the following ten advantages:
1. No pollution
In the process of processing, in the preparation of the workpiece, it always causes a small amount of rust and oil adhering to the surface of the workpiece. All production and manufacturing are carried out in the whole process of closed cycle time. When Dacromet coating is dry and solid, the water discharged from the coating is mainly architectural coating, which has no pollution to the outside.
2. Corrosion resistance
Dacromet coating is generally 3 ~ 5m in thickness and 6 ~ 10m in second coating and second drying. Statistical analysis shows that Dacromet coating's corrosion resistance is 7 ~ 10 times higher than electroplating under the same coating thickness.
3. High permeability
Dacromet architectural coating is a water-soluble architectural coating with good water permeability. It can produce coating even in tiny gaps, which is much better than the deeper sizing ability of electroplating. Compared with electroplating, the inner and outer walls with small round holes are difficult to be electroplated, but they can be used as paint in Dacromet spraying. Some people have carried out salt spray test after Dacromet solution and after Gaza solution, and carried out salt spray test for more than 240 hours, which shows that Dacromet coating infiltrates into the closely connected gap.
4. Alkali free brittleness
One of the characteristics of Dacromet process is that there is no pickling and passivation in the preparation of workpiece. Hydrogen ductility is a disadvantage of traditional galvanizing process. Because there is no pickling and passivation in the Dacromet process, it can prevent the hydrogen ion from corroding the steel vapor body. Therefore, the Dacromet coating, especially the high-strength bolts of 6 ~ 1000N / mm2 and the Yellow elastic type workpieces, can be used for surface anti-corrosion maintenance.
5. High adhesion
After baking at high temperature, Dacromet coating is composed of zinc, aluminum and composite salt on the surface of workpiece, which has excellent fusion with steel substrate and excellent adhesion.
6. Temperature resistance
Under the temperature standard of 300 or so, the hard bottom can work at high temperature for a long time, the color of the coating will not change, and the temperature resistance is good.
In general, Dacromet process has six advantages, so it is suitable for metal surface coating of electrical equipment.
