Application of Dacromet bolt in automobile industry and design scheme
Dacromet has high corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, weather resistance, alkali free brittleness and so on. So far, in many industrial production industries, coating technology has been applied in FAW Volkswagen, general motors and other automobile groups, Ford Motor, contemporary and Guangzhou Honda, Mitsubishi, etc., and only Dacromet architectural coating has been selected for some specific parts. 1. Corrosion protection of parts under heat consumption. The operating temperature of some auto parts is high, so the surface protective layer is required to have excellent heat resistance and corrosion resistance. The dry solid temperature of Dacromet coating is above or below 300 ℃, the chromic acid polymer in the coating has no carboxyl group, the coating is not easy to be damaged at high temperature, and has excellent anti-corrosion characteristics under high environmental humidity standard.
2. Anti corrosion of high strength steel plate. There is a risk of alkali embrittlement in the whole process of pickling passivation and electroplating. Although hydrogen can be driven according to the heat treatment process, it is difficult to drive hydrogen. Dacromet bolt coating process does not need acid pickling passivation and activity, does not produce hydrogen evolution electrochemical corrosion, prevent alkali embrittlement, especially suitable for high strength steel plate parts and other parts of anti-corrosion.
3. Corrosion protection of standard parts. Dacromet bolt coating ensures no alkali brittleness, especially for high toughness standard parts. Friction coefficient is a key index value of standard parts. In addition to alkali free brittleness, friction coefficient is also a key index value of standard parts.
4. Corrosion protection of aging resistant components. Coating architectural coating is a kind of coating without organic chemical polymer, so it will not be subject to vehicle gasoline, brake oil, automobile oil, grease and other organic chemical corrosion. It has excellent solvent resistance. Coating architectural coating is especially suitable for locks, emission systems and external components, as well as parts of automobile chassis with high corrosion resistance and aging resistance.
